AJ Beauty Frequency – Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing AJ Beauty Frequency. Please review the following policies before scheduling your appointment.

✨ Appointment Booking

• All appointments must be booked in advance.

• A $30 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your appointment.

• Deposits are applied toward your service total.

• Remaining balances are due at the time of service.

✨ Cancellation Policy

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• No-call, no-show appointments will require a new deposit before booking future appointments.                                 

✨ Late Arrival Policy

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

• Services may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.

• Repeated late arrivals may require prepayment for future appointments.

✨ Guest Policy

• To maintain a relaxing atmosphere and limited space, please come to your appointment alone unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Children should not be left unattended during appointments.

✨ Nail Appointment Preparation

• Please arrive with bare nails when possible unless a soak-off or removal service has been booked.

• If you currently have product from another salon, please notify me when scheduling, as additional time and fees may apply.

✨ Payment Policy

Accepted forms of payment:

• Cash

• Credit/Debit Cards

• Mobile Payments (if available)

Payment is due upon completion of services.

✨ Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction is important. If you experience lifting, breakage, or concerns related to your service, please contact AJ Beauty Frequency within 48 hours of your appointment. Repairs due to normal wear, accidents, or neglect may incur additional charges.

✨ Health & Safety

• If you are feeling ill or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment.

• Sanitization and cleanliness are priorities to provide a safe and comfortable experience for every client.
